Jonny Edgar confirmed for 2026 FIA WEC season with TF Sport
Jonny Edgar will race for the TF Sport Corvette team in the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) for the second consecutive year, including the historic 24 Hours of Le Mans.
After an impressive debut season in which Jonny and his teammates won the opening round – the 1812KM of Qatar – and remained in contention for the title until the penultimate race, the BRDC Superstars driver is thrilled to return to the British team for a second year on the world stage.
Jonny: “I am really happy to be back with TF Sport next year and to still be driving with Ben in the #33 Corvette. I really enjoyed my first season in the FIA WEC, I learned a lot and whilst it’s a shame not to have Dani in the car I’m very excited about driving with Nicky Catsburg and of course to go back to Le Mans. The team are brilliant and I hope next year we can win more races and challenge for the LMGT3 title. That’s the target.”
The 2026 season will launch with the opening round in Qatar on March 28. Before that, Jonny is set to compete in the first round of the IMSA Endurance Cup – the prestigious Rolex 24 At Daytona – on January 21.
